Espolòn Tequila Reposado is made from 100% blue Weber agave, which is grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, a renowned region for tequila production. The agave plants are carefully selected and harvested at their peak ripeness. The hearts of the agave, called piñas, are slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens and then crushed to extract the juice.
After fermentation, the tequila is double-distilled to achieve a high level of purity and smoothness.
