Produced by the Dudognon family, who have been cultivating vines and distilling for several generations, this Cognac is crafted from the lesser-known Folle Blanche grape variety. Historically, Folle Blanche was the primary grape used in Cognac production before the phylloxera epidemic. This particular expression offers a unique and somewhat rare opportunity to taste a Cognac made predominantly from this grape. On the nose, it exhibits floral notes with hints of fresh grapes and subtle undertones of oak. The palate is delicate and refined, showcasing the gentle characteristics of Folle Blanche - light fruitiness, floral notes, and a touch of minerality.
