Valdespino Innocente Fino is a distinctive and elegant sherry, crafted by the esteemed Valdespino bodega, one of the oldest and most revered sherry producers in the region of Jerez, Spain. This wine is made from 100% Palomino grapes, carefully selected from a single vineyard and aged under a layer of flor yeast in American oak casks for a minimum of eight years, following the traditional solera system.

In the glass, the wine presents a pale straw color with golden highlights, reflective of its age and maturation. The nose is a complex bouquet of green apple, almonds, and a hint of yeasty bread, complemented by subtle notes of saline and chamomile.
