This exquisite single malt showcases the intricate interplay of sherry seasoned oak casks and American ex-bourbon barrels, highlighting the craftsmanship and storytelling that both brands are renowned for. Matured in a mix of first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks, this whisky offers a vibrant balance of classic American oak flavours including vanilla, citrus, and sweet oak.

The whisky's colour is reminiscent of autumnal leaves, setting the stage for a sensory journey. The nose is greeted with intense vanilla bean, sweet sherbet, and lime zest, leading into fragrant pears nestled in delicate vanilla sponge cake.
