Taittinger Nocturne Rosé City Lights NV 750ml is an enchanting expression of Taittinger's craftsmanship in creating a "Sec" champagne that encapsulates the magic of the evening. This vibrant, flamboyant pink champagne is composed of 30% Chardonnay and 70% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, sourced from around thirty different vineyards. The addition of 15% still red wine from the finest Pinot Noirs of Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys adds depth and colour to the final blend.
With a delicate cordon of fine foam and a full-bodied nose revealing delightful patisserie aromas, Taittinger Nocturne Rosé offers a clean and generous attack on the palate while maintaining freshness. Noticeable yet silky tannins provide structure, creating a voluptuous wine with an elegant balance of sugar, acid, and tannins. Aged for four years in cellars, this Rosé is round and smooth, making it perfect for both the start and end of an evening.
