Infused with charred bourbon, tawny, and shiraz staves, the Spanish Inspired Dark is bursting with depth and complexity, a rare feat for such a young new make spirit. The nose is filled with notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee, while the palate is met with a bold blend of caramel, molasses, and hints of vanilla.
