Kangaroo Island Spirits Wild Gin is a premium gin produced by the Kangaroo Island Spirits (KIS) distillery, which is located on Kangaroo Island in South Australia. It is a unique gin made with a variety of wild botanicals foraged from the island's diverse landscape, including coastal daisy, saltbush, and native juniper berries.
KIS Wild Gin is distilled in small batches using a copper pot still and is made with a blend of 15 different botanicals, including traditional gin botanicals such as coriander seed and citrus peel, as well as a range of native Australian botanicals. The result is a complex and aromatic gin with notes of juniper, citrus, and herbaceous spices.
KIS Wild Gin has won numerous awards for its quality and unique flavor profile, including a gold medal at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It is often enjoyed in classic gin cocktails, such as a G&T or Martini, but can also be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
