Fords Gin is a London dry gin that was created by master distiller Charles Maxwell and bartender Simon Ford. It is distilled in London and made from a combination of nine botanicals, including juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, cassia bark, jasmine flowers, orris root, and bitter orange peel.
Fords Gin is known for its balanced and versatile flavor profile, which makes it ideal for use in a wide variety of cocktails. It has a classic gin flavor with juniper and citrus notes, but also features a subtle spiciness and a floral sweetness.
Fords Gin has won numerous awards, including the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the Best Gin award at the International Wine and Spirit Competition.
