El Dorado 3 Year Old Rum is a product of the celebrated Demerara Distillers in Guyana. It stands as a testament to their commitment to quality and tradition, even in their younger expressions. This white rum is aged for three years in bourbon oak casks and, unlike many other white rums, it undergoes a filtration process to remove its color but still retains the significant flavors imparted by the aging process. The nose offers a gentle introduction with soft notes of tropical fruits, coconut, and hints of vanilla. On the palate, it's unexpectedly rich with flavors of caramel, light spices, and a touch of citrus.
