Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is a premium gin made in small batches at The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney in Ireland. It is a unique and complex gin, made with 12 botanicals, including Gunpowder tea, which gives it a distinctive and herbaceous flavor profile.
The gin is distilled in a medieval copper pot still and infused with the signature Gunpowder tea, along with juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, orris root, Chinese lemon, lime, fresh grapefruit, and cardamom. The combination of these botanicals creates a complex and well-balanced gin with a distinctive fresh citrus and spicy aroma.
