Matured in a unique two-step process, this rum initially spends time in American oak bourbon barrels before being transferred to Spanish oak sherry casks for a finishing touch. This double maturation bestows the rum with a harmonious fusion of flavors. With the bourbon barrels imparting classic notes of tropical fruit, vanilla, and toasted oak, the sherry casks add a layer of dried fruits, nuts, and a hint of spice.
