DARK LARK 2025 Single Malt Whisky 500ml embodies Tasmania’s nocturnal magic—a celebration of the transformative beauty found in the dead of night. Matured in first-fill Port, Bourbon and Sherry casks, then finished in PX and Muscat, this 43% ABV single malt balances decadent fortified influence with a light, tropical Bothwell base. Available May 2025 in a 500ml gift-boxed bottle (RRP $250 AUD), DARK LARK invites you to unstopper the cork and toast to late-night gatherings and intimate moments.

On the nose, ripe papaya and maple-glazed almonds weave with espresso gelato, golden peach jam and a whisper of lemon peel. The palate delivers juicy berry compote and shortbread biscuits, enriched by coconut macaroons and sticky fig pudding. The finish lingers warmly with mulled stone fruit, meringue, spice-poached pear and a hint of toasted marzipan. A proprietary filtration technique lifts the palate structure, making DARK LARK both easy to drink and richly layered.
