These wild ingredients are seamlessly intertwined with six traditional gin botanicals, creating a crisp, aromatic taste profile. The gin is notably distilled in a Copper Berry Chamber, a process which gives Caorunn its clean and versatile taste. On the nose, Caorunn offers a floral fragrance with a touch of citrus. The palate is refreshingly crisp, revealing notes of tart apple, juniper, and a hint of spice.
