Batanga Blanco Tequila is a high-quality, pure, unaged tequila produced by Casa Maestri, a renowned family-owned tequila distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. The tequila is made from 100% blue weber agave that is grown for at least 7 years before being harvested and processed.
The production process involves slow cooking the agave in brick ovens and then crushing it with a traditional tahona wheel to extract the juice. The extracted juice is then fermented with natural yeast for several days before being double-distilled in copper pot stills.
The resulting tequila is crystal clear and has a smooth, clean taste with hints of sweet agave and a slightly spicy finish. Batanga Blanco Tequila is perfect for sipping neat, as a base for cocktails, or as a high-quality tequila shot.
